    Return & Exchange Policy

    At our atelier, every garment is selected with intention and crafted with care. We want you to feel completely assured in your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange a ready‑made item, our policy below ensures a smooth and respectful experience.

    Return & Exchange Timeframe

    • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of purchase
    • Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of purchase
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

    Eligible Ready‑Made Items

    • Suits
    • Jackets
    • Trousers
    • Shirts
    • Accessories (ties, pocket squares, belts, cufflinks, etc.)

    Condition Requirements

    To maintain the integrity of our collection, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • In original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
    • Free from marks, fragrance, or signs of wear

    Non‑Returnable Items

    • Altered or tailored garments
    • Custom made or bespoke orders
    • Final sale or promotional items
    • Used accessories or items without original packaging
    • Garments damaged after purchase due to wear or improper care

    Refunds

    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
    • Cash purchases may be refunded as store credit
    • Processing time: 3 – 7 business days

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges may be made for size, color, or style, subject to availability
    • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
    • Lower‑value exchanges may be issued as store credit

    Online Orders (If Applicable)

    • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
    • Items must be returned in original packaging

    Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is not up to our standards:

    • Report it within 24 – 48 hours
    • After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund

    Exchange Policy for Bespoke Garments

    Suits • Jackets • Trousers • Waistcoats • Shirts

    Every bespoke garment is crafted exclusively for the individual client—cut to their measurements, refined to their posture, and styled to their personal preferences. Because of this highly personalized process, our exchange policy is designed to protect the integrity of the craftsmanship while ensuring client satisfaction.

    Eligibility for Exchange

    Bespoke garments are not eligible for standard exchanges, as each piece is uniquely made to the client’s measurements and specifications.

    However, we do offer the following:

    Fit Adjustments

    • Complimentary adjustments are provided during the final fitting stage to ensure the garment meets the agreed fit standard.
    • Additional adjustments after delivery may be offered at a nominal tailoring charge, depending on the nature of the alteration.

    Quality Assurance

    If a garment has a genuine workmanship issue, we will:

    • Inspect the item
    • Correct the issue
    • If necessary, remake the affected part of the garment

    This applies only to issues related to construction, not changes in body measurements or client‑requested design modifications after production.

    Non Exchangeable Conditions

    Bespoke garments cannot be exchanged or refunded in the following cases:

    • Change of mind regarding fabric, design, or style after production has begun
    • Changes in body measurements after the final fitting
    • Damage caused by wear, improper care, or external factors
    • Garments approved during the final fitting and later returned for reasons unrelated to workmanship

    Fabric & Design Confirmation

    To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings:

    • All fabrics, linings, buttons, and design details are confirmed at the time of order
    • Once cutting has begun, changes cannot be made
